QUOTING NELSON
“Kate is one of the quickest players on the team and is a very good blocker. She has to improve on her upper body strength. Last year she started on the back row but because of a back injury didn't get to play much in the front row. She worked really hard over the spring and will be looking to make an impact this fall. I think she will see some significant playing time for us. Her hitting really improved this spring to the point where I think she can compete for a starting spot. If she comes back tough I think she has a good shot at that starting spot.”
