LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech soccer team will conclude its spring schedule this weekend in El Paso, as the Red Raiders face Arizona State Sat., April 12, at 10 a.m., and UTEP Sunday at noon.

The Red Raiders enter the weekend tournament 3-0 this spring, already defeating Central Florida and West Texas A&M in March and TCU last weekend.

Tech has been paced throughout the spring season by senior forward Chessa Purser, who has scored four goals in her last two matches. Katie Hinds has also added three goals for the Red Raiders this spring.

Arizona State finished the 2007 season at 10-9-1, while the Miners posted a 13-7-2 record and advanced to the semifinals of the Conference USA Tournament before falling to Memphis. Neither team qualified for the NCAA Tournament last year.

All matches will be held at UTEP's University Field.
