Oct. 17, 1997 Tech Loses to Colorado CollegeCOLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-- Kasey Clark scored the first and second goals of her career Friday night, leading Colorado College to a 4-1 victory over Texas Tech University. Colorado College built a 2-0 lead in the first half, but the Red raiders fought back with an unassisted goal by Amaris Smith with 6:06 remaining in the first half. However, it was not to be Tech's day as they were put away in the second half. Dropping to 5-10 on the season, Texas Tech was held to just five shots on goal by the stingy Tiger defense.
